THE HARD WORK IS DONE FOR YOU HERE
THE WHOLE SOLUTIONS AND TIPS
Basics
Treasure trails are, if you ask me, one of the
funniest things in the whole of Runescape. What I personally really like about them, is that you don't have the slightest
idea what you'll get, or when you'll get it. If you like adventures, be sure to do some treasure trails, just like the old
pirate did it.
Treasure Trails are members only. However, the
rewards can be used by both f2p'ers and p2p'ers.
Monsters Here's a little list of the monsters that drop clues. I've divided them up into 3
categories, look below in the reward part for more explanation about the different categories.
Treasures The rewards from treasure trails can vary a lot. Of course, like with so much else,
the harder the monster, the better the reward. Below is a table of the different rewards for the different categories. Note
that these might not be 100% accurate, and that you will not always get all of the things. (I've had a trail give me 3 bronze
pick axes)
- Category 1: The monsters in category 1 will drop clues that lead to Black armour. It can be normal,
trimmed or gold trimmed. They can also lead to treasures containing berets, highwayman masks and wizard boots.
- Category 2: The monsters in category 2 will drop clues that lead to Adamant armour. It can be normal,
trimmed or gold trimmed. They can also lead to treasures containing wizard and ranger boots and headbands.
Category 3: The monsters in category 3 will drop clues that lead to Rune armour.
It can be normal, trimmed or gold trimmed. They can also lead to treasures containing cavaliers, pirate hats and robin hood
hats. Furthermore, they can lead to treasures containing the armour of the three Runescape gods; Guthix, Saradomin and Zamorak.
